a. Before Work Commences

If a cancellation is requested before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a refund of fees paid, less any non-recoverable administrative costs or third-party expenses already incurred.

b. After Work Has Commenced

If work has already commenced, refunds are not automatically guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:

  • Work completed to date

  • Time, effort, and resources invested

  • Any third-party costs incurred

  • The agreed scope and deliverables

Daap Company reserves the right to retain payment proportionate to the work completed.

14. Refunds and Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied at any stage, we strongly encourage you to notify us promptly so we can address the issue.

Before any refund is considered, we will always:

  • Offer and apply as many reasonable revisions as necessary

  • Work collaboratively to align the deliverables with the agreed brief

  • Act fairly, professionally, and in good faith

Refunds are not provided for:

  • A change of mind

  • Personal preference differences where work aligns with the approved brief

  • Outcomes affected by third-party platforms, algorithms, market conditions, or client-provided materials
